Custom Orders take roughly 1 week for a sample followed by 1-2 weeks for bulk production. Contact us for rush orders & expedited shipping and we can try and meet your deadline.

All of our domestic orders are shipped via USPS. First Class / USPS Ground Advantage orders are the cheapest option and take 5-7 days from shipment to delivery. USPS Priority orders take 2-4 days from shipment to delivery.

Absolutely. We'd never disrespect a hat by shipping it in a poly mailer.

Our BELMOI Designs return policy lasts 30 days - just make sure to leave on the original tags.

First, we're sorry. Our items are made in-house and every now and then a damaged item may slip through our quality check. Please let us know and we'll make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as customized orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
